Building a culture that engenders psychological safety amongst all levels of staff to speak up is a
challenge for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs). We are very delighted to have Teck Kwang and Shoba walk us through the process as we tackle this difficult topic in our retreat. They are methodical
in their approach, engaging and open to our suggestions and will step in to offer alternatives. Both of
them took the time to understand the current state of culture amongst our leaders, concise the
